As a New Market Launcher - Community Builder, you will be crucial in bringing Biofire to market as a region-specific market builder and community development champion. You will be responsible for building and launching entire communities by designing, running, measuring, and scaling in-real-life and digital customer experiences that drive conversion and engagement throughout the customer journey. To succeed, you will need to build local partnerships and experiences, define and track core metrics to determine successful engagement, and scale the best parts of our system across your community. You will need to be a creative thinker who loves the challenge of opening new markets and building communities that successfully support our customers throughout their purchase decision and ownership journey.



Day to day responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Cultivate, iterate, manage and scale new markets through in real life and digital experiences that increase conversion rates and community engagement throughout the purchase decision and ownership journey;
  • Build, launch, and manage brand new communities across the US;
  • Identify and build local/regional partnerships with individuals, businesses, and organizations to effectively run and grow new markets;
  • Understand your community’s current and future customers through quantitative and qualitative analysis;
  • Serve as a market-specific voice of the customer advocate to help Biofire better serve the customers in your community;
  • Build community deep and localized community engagement to delight and grow the Biofire customer base in each market.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a flexible work-from-home policy. The compensation range for this role is $90K - $140K depending on experience.

Our dog-friendly, state-of-the-art headquarters is located in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado, between Boulder and Denver.
