As a National Event Producer, you will be crucial in bringing Biofire to a national audience by building high-touch brand engagements to generate brand activation and customer engagement. You will own end-to-end development of Biofire participation in national conferences as well as design, develop, implement, and improve out-of-the-box national-level events. To succeed, you will need to deliver world-class events, experiences, and conferences in a complex environment, handle cross-functional stakeholders to deliver event-related tasks and identify future opportunities and potential partners. You need to be a creative thinker who loves the challenge of building uniquely exceptional events and experiences that drive brand activation, national awareness, and target audience engagement.



Day to day responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Own the end-to-end development of high-profile, large-scale national events, experience, and conference attendance;
  • Build “outside-the-box” events and experiences that are Biofire-specific and attract large national-level brand and customer engagement;
  • Deliver world-class event programs that drive successful results against strategic objectives;
  • Develop integrated strategies for each event type, from initial planning to on-site event management and post-event follow-up, including schedules, timelines, key milestones, and deliverable;
  • Bring cross-functional teams to deliver all event-related tasks under tight deadlines, including content development, the event offers and promotions, email campaigns, and other engagement needs;
  • Oversee event and experience data analysis to evaluate event performance, including lead and ROI tracking, and deliver wrap-up reports demonstrating how events meet business goals;
  • Manage national annual event and experience calendar and identify future opportunities and potential partners.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a flexible work-from-home policy. The compensation range for this role is $90K - $140K.
