ABOUT THE ROLE
As Biofire’s Digital Marketing Strategist Lead, you will define and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, product marketing, email marketing, content marketing, inbound and outbound marketing, social media management, and paid advertising and promotion. You will work to build brand awareness and create a strong customer acquisition pipeline while monitoring and improving marketing performance. You will work in a cross-functional environment to build successful customer engagement throughout the purchasing decision and ownership journey. You will be responsible for customer segmentation, marketing data management, channel identification, pipeline optimization, and whole campaign execution. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a driven, creative designer with a strong capacity for data-driven decision-making and the ability to operate in a highly autonomous environment while owning the end-to-end management of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
Day to day responsibilities of the role will include:
- Develop a strong customer acquisition pipeline by identifying and implementing marketing campaigns in the best digital marketing channels;
- Evaluate, design, and implement digital marketing strategies using websites, email tools, social media, and more;
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence;
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and performance metrics to forecast trends;
- Use customer data and marketing performance metrics to segment customer personas and implement persona-specific marketing campaigns nationally and locally;
- Build strong customer engagement through social media interactions;
- Keep up-to-date with core customer preferences and proactively suggest new digital marketing campaigns to meet needs;
- Work with Customer Experience, Content, and Communications teams to optimize customer pipelines and engagement while ensuring brand consistency throughout digital marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a flexible work-from-home policy. The compensation range for this role is $100K - $150K.

LOCATION AND HOURS
Our dog-friendly, state-of-the-art headquarters is located in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado, between Boulder and Denver. Most roles require team members to frequently collaborate in person, but you will enjoy the flexibility to work from home when you need to. We trust you to communicate with your team to make things work.
