ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role at Biofire by building deeply personalized and impactful relationships with our customers. As an engagement lead and community development champion, you will be responsible for acquiring, converting, and retaining customers. You will work with CX and marketing teams to develop customer pipelines, run IRL customer experiences, manage post-experience follow-up campaigns, and lead post-purchasing engagement. You will be responsible for running in-real-life customer experiences that drive conversion and engagement throughout the customer journey. To succeed, you will need to be a data drive customer engagement lead who defines and tracks core metrics to determine successful engagement. You will need to be a creative thinker who loves the challenge of deeply connecting with customers, owning end-to-end customer engagement, and running experiences that successfully support our customers throughout their purchase decision and ownership journey.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Day to day responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Run IRL experiences to acquire and convert customers;
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition pipelines, follow-up campaigns, and post-purchasing engagement;
  • Build an engagement system using tracking, analytics, and data to scale successful engagement in the purchasing decision and ownership journey;
  • Act as an essential connection between Biofire and our potential and existing customers while providing exceptional service and support;
  • Use customer engagement feedback and data to refine the engagement process and build new engagement tactics to increase conversion and promotion;
  • Manage all aspects of the customer engagement system, including communication and technology.;
  • Use customer feedback to serve as a direct Voice of Customer representative at Biofire, championing customer needs and working on updating engagement tactics continuously.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a flexible work-from-home policy. The compensation range for this role is $100K - $150K.

LOCATION AND HOURS

Our dog-friendly, state-of-the-art headquarters is located in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado, between Boulder and Denver. Most roles require team members to frequently collaborate in person, but you will enjoy the flexibility to work from home when you need to. We trust you to communicate with your team to make things work.
